Custom closets and home organization by Wilmington Blinds & More
Last updated October 12, 2026
This policy covers this custom closets and home organization website operated by Wilmington Blinds & More ("we", "us"). It explains what information this website collects and how it is used.
When you submit the consultation form, we collect the details you enter: name, email address, phone number, city or ZIP code, project type, your project description and your preferred contact method. We use this information to respond to your request and to arrange and provide the services you ask about. We do not sell it.
The form is checked by a server function hosted on Cloudflare and then delivered to our team through Formspree, a form processing service that stores the submission and forwards it to us by email. These providers handle the data on our behalf.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person. Turnstile loads only when the form is on screen and processes technical signals from your browser to make that check. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum. To limit abuse, the server may also keep a one-way hashed form of your IP address for up to 20 minutes to count repeated submissions. The hash is not linked to the details you enter.
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, which sites referred visitors, and whether phone, email or directions links are clicked. We also record when a consultation request has been submitted successfully.
Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect or store personal data. It does not track you across other websites, and our events never include your name, email address, phone number or anything you type into the form.
The showroom page can show a Google Map. The map is not loaded until you select "Show map", at which point Google receives your request as described in Google's privacy policy. "Get directions" links open Google Maps in a new tab.
This website does not set its own tracking cookies. After a successful consultation request, the site stores a short-lived marker in your browser's session storage so the confirmation is counted only once. It is cleared when you close the tab.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request information such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
You can ask us what information we hold about you from a consultation request, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below. You can also contact us by phone or email instead of using the form.
